My experience comes from ten years of being active in the real estate business in DFW (Dallas and Fort Worth Metroplex), dealing with all sorts of properties. I obtained my Texas “Professional Home Inspector” license in 2013. I’ve inspected every kind of house that there is in DFW. From historic, 100 year old pier-and-beams, to high-rise condos in downtown, to slab houses in the suburbs. I’ve seen a lot in ten years and I want to bring that experience to you, my customer. I believe that communication is key, particularly if you are a first time home buyer. It’s important that deficiencies and/or issues that are uncovered are explained in a non-technical manner, so that you have what you need to make the best decision for you and your family.
