Introducing the Repair Request Builder from High Point Property Inspections

Our Repair Request Builder allows an agent to quickly select which of the inspectors comments they want to include in their Amendment. The Builder then pulls the selected comments and pictures from the inspectors report and automatically creates the Amendment.

The agent gets an HTML and PDF document that includes the inspectors language and pictures. It also allows agents to enter in a requested credit amount and custom comments. Call or message me if you have any questions!
